St. Petersburg subway blast: Suicide bomber identified as Akbardzhon Dzhalilov, 22

Intelligence officials in Kyrgyzstan identified one suspect in the St. Petersburg, Russia subway bombing, which left 11 dead and more than 40 others injured, as a Kyrgyz-born Russian citizen Tuesday.
